Centralized vs. Decentralized Management

There has been a debate among casino operators for years about the merits of a centralized management structure that dictates operational policy to the properties versus property level control of these policies. In a centralized model, the controlling entity hires the majority of the human resource horsepower and the properties are forced to run with manager level operators.
